The idea of the "To the Space" dinner was born in Baikonur while observing the launch of a manned spacecraft. Inspired by what we saw, we decided to bring the feeling of flight and weightlessness to our evening.
Living plants symbolizing air purification in space, sprouts representing life, and bright flowers reminding us of the diversity and beauty of our planet Earth became the main decor. The set menu consisted of dishes filled with benefits, giving a true flight of emotions, impressions, and delight to each guest.
